If your subscription expires and you have not been active in the App for more than 60 days, our system may automatically delete your stored data.
Once deleted, your photos, analysis results, and personalized routines are permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

14. Apple App Store and EULA
Feetly for iOS is licensed to you, not sold, and is made available through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Feetly, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
