Feetly is a mobile application that allows users to upload photos of their feet and receive AI generated insights related to skin appearance, nail condition, and posture indicators. Based on these insights, Feetly provides personalized care routines and product recommendations tailored to your foot type and goals.

Feetly is designed to support wellness, beauty, and personal care decisions. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Feetly. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Feetly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

4.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of any photos or content you upload to Feetly.

4.2 License to Feetly

By uploading content, you grant Feetly a limited, non exclusive, royalty free license to process, analyze, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Feetly uses artificial intelligence to analyze images and generate reports and recommendations. These outputs:

• Are based on visual data only
• May be incomplete or inaccurate
• Are intended for informational and cosmetic guidance purposes only

Feetly does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, pain, infections, or conditions requiring clinical care.

Feetly disclaims all liability arising from reliance on AI generated insights.

Feetly may recommend products, routines, or brands based on your profile and results. Some recommendations may include affiliate links or commercial partnerships.

Feetly does not manufacture or sell third party products and is not responsible for product quality, safety, effectiveness, or fulfillment.

Any purchase decisions are made solely by you.

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one time purchase.

• Prices and billing terms are disclosed before purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Payments are handled through the App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms

Feetly does not control third party payment platforms and is not responsible for billing errors caused by them.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle photos, analysis data, and account information.

By using Feetly, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All content, features, designs, trademarks, logos, and software within Feetly are owned by or licensed to Feetly and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.

• Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or security

You may stop using Feetly at any time. Feetly may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

Feetly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feetly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI generated insights or product recommendations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted in the app. Continued use of Feetly constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Feetly operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
